Managers have a common and complex issue of improving staff’s job satisfaction. The staff’s positive reaction was realised from the work outcomes and their attitude. Job satisfaction also is a mix of good and negative opinions that employees experience about their jobs. Job satisfaction is defined as a worker’s sense of accomplishment, and success on the job is commonly considered closely related to productivity and personal quality of life. Job satisfaction explained the logic is that a satisfied employee is a happy employee, and a happy employee is a successful and productive employee who will contribute to the employer’s success by delivering superior quality results within the time limit and contributing to increased profits. This research study proposed to be conducted in one of aerospace company located in Malaysia which had 2,224 employees. Many researchers found that job satisfaction has a powerful influence on worker motivation. Worker motivation has an impact on productivity and, therefore, on commercial organisations’ success. Employee well-being and characteristic are essential factors to measure and see the influence and relationship against job satisfaction. It is also an important level indicator in Malaysia aerospace manufacturing industry to maintain competitiveness in the global market. By the end of 2019, when a pandemic had hit the world, the situation became more challenging where the government-imposed movement controls to prevent the disease from spreading. This situation led most aerospace manufacturing companies to explore alternative measures to maintain their business operations, including introducing work from home as a virtual working team for their indirect workers. As this strategy just introduced in Malaysia aerospace manufacturing sector, the concern arises as to the extent of its impact on their job performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence factors in the virtual working team environment and its relationship to job performance. This study uses a quantitative causal method for analyzing the effect and relevance of independent variables on dependent variables. The scope is limited to the Malaysian aerospace manufacturing sector and its employees when dealing with global suppliers and customers. The study focuses on the employees who have worked in virtual communicate during the pandemic from the year 2020 to 2021. The method of the present study was descriptive. The population of this research included the management of the said company from the bottom to the top, which included the head of section, head of department and head of division. The total number of 120 headcount is considered in this research. The 120 headcount represents 95% of the population of the management group in the mentioned company. The expectation is that transformational leadership characteristics will have an effect on organizational agility. Only two of the transformational leadership characteristics are considered in the research project, which are idealized influence and inspirational motivation. From a comprehensive literature study, this paper provides a general concept and process execution of the survey. Data collection involves a set of online questionnaire distribution across Malaysian consumers. Data analysis utilizes Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software using statistical techniques such as ANOVA. This study intends to solve the problem in the behavior of executives that can have negative consequences on the motivation or the culture of employees and the long-term business development of the CTRM that led to organizational changes since DRB-HICOM take over the shareholder from the Ministry of Finance 7 years ago. As a result of negative leadership is failing to inspire employees to give the best results and fulfill their potential. To achieve better results, employees at every level have to be committed to the CTRM and achieve financial and otherwise goals. Without a culture that supports and encourages managers and financial objectives are missed.</p> <p>Nevertheless, it is not surprising that negative leadership can lead to higher employee turnover. Employees are not motivated, and culturally poor combustion starts looking for another job. The CTRM is struggling to lose the high performance and experienced workers and must be replaced by new employees. Understanding how CTRM beneficiaries live when new change begins, the specificity of their culture and leadership, and what struggles they will face in their day-to-day work not only serves to improve program design but also serves to explain the potential negatives that may result from the intervention or exacerbated when negative leadership manages regardless of new policy factors. Defining those possibilities in advance and planning for any possibilities can help ensure they don't occur or, if actual, minimize the effects. Demonstrating commitment to this area can also help build credibility with managers and employees. Based on quantitative data collected by spreading the culture and leadership surveys readiness to affect a more prominent audience leadership of Executive and especially CTRM defined above.
